A mandatory meeting for all coaches will take place at Terrell Mill Park. The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

• Coach and Assistant Coach contact information confirmed, and ACE Certification certificates collected
• Coaches' responsibilities and parent code of conduct reviewed (coaches' field maintenance responsibilities to be demonstrated by Jack Webb)
• League by-laws reviewed
• Website usage reviewed
• Questions and Answers
• Team Selection

In-park registration will take place from 10AM to 12PM

Player assessments follow in-park registration from 12PM to 2PM.

Note: On-line registration for all age-levels other than Instructional ceases at 12:00 PM today. This is the final day!

Traditional Schools in the Atlanta Public School system begin classes today.

Mail-in registrations for the Fall 2010 Season must be post-marked prior to midnight tonight!

Those missing the deadline can still register and submit payment on-line through August 15th.

North Georgia Fastpitch Association (NGFA) games begin.

Rosters for all Terrell Mill teams playing in the NGFA recreational league in the Spring 2010 season must be submitted.

Player registration fees can no longer be refunded after this date.

All registrations for Instructional players (6U and 8U) for the Spring 2010 Season must be submitted prior to midnight tonight!

Recreational teams may begin scheduling and holding practices at Terrell Mill Park.
