Coaches wishing to pick up playing equipment for the season may do so down at the equipment building by the Field #1 score sign.

Team sponsor forms are due from league coordinators and head coaches.

A mandatory meeting for all coaches will take place at Christos on Delk. The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

• Coach and Assistant Coach contact information from the Coach/Assitant Coach Application form confirmed, and ACE Certification certificates collected
• Coaches' responsibilities and parent code of conduct reviewed
• League by-laws reviewed
• Website usage reviewed
• Questions and Answers
• Coaches fight over players until all teams are formed or there is only one coach standing

Player assessments for recreational league players in the 14u, 12u and 10u divisions will take place at Terrell Mill Park on Field #3.

Come out and support TMSA in its seasonal park cleanup. All volunteers are welcome to help complete tasks required to prepare the park for the Fall 2011 season.

All fields and cages will be off-limits to practices at this time.

Recreational teams may begin scheduling and holding practices at Terrell Mill Park.

Coaches should contact all of the players on their rosters by this day.
