Congratulations Congratulations to Coach Nelson's 96 Titans for their 2nd place finish at the NSA State Tournament in Rome, GA. The team battled through players missing to vacations and injuries to make it to the championship game. Great tournament girls and good luck at the World Series!
In a combined effort, Coach Andriano's 00 Titans and Coach Holcomb's 99 Titans took 2nd place at GSA's Sweat it Out Tournament played at Terrell Mill Park. Congratulations Titans!!

The 16U Titans took 2nd place this past weekend at Deer Lick Park... The girls made their way to the championship game by holding a 2-1 lead in the 6th inning with bases loaded and 1 out against the Wipeouts. The girls lost to the Bullets in the championship after beating them in Game 1 of the winners bracket.

Coach Affourtit's 14U Terrell Mill Titans took 3rd place in the 16U GSA State tournament held at Bunten Road / Shorty Howell on June 12th and 13th. Moving up an age division to prepare for the 43 foot distance their pitchers will be required to pitch from this fall in high school, the Titans more than held their own against the older teams. They compiled a 4-3 record over the two days of the tournament (in fact, besting the 2nd place finisher both in record and in head-to-head competition).
The girls lost their first game and then reeled off three straight through the scorching Georgia Summer Heat to get into the Championship Game. We ran out of gas and lost to a good team in the Twin Creek Bombers in that game. Our nickname for the tournament was the Comeback kids as we came from behind in all three of our victories. Great Job Girls!

Congratulations to the 16U Titans for their 2nd place win at Terrell Mill park this past weekend. The team rallied to come out on top of a 3 inning ITB taking them into the Championship game.
The 2000 Titans took second place in GSA's "Show Your Stuff" tournament on May 22nd in Carrollton, GA. The young Titans lost their first bracket game 4-3, but pulled it together to run off three straight wins to advance to the championship game. Congratulations Titans (Jessica, Jaime, Bailey, Emily, Olivia, Sam, Gabi, Natalie, Anna, Ashley, Allison, and Layne (not in picture).
The 96 Titans coached by Cliff Nelson and the 95 Titans coached by Glenn Affourtit met in the championship game of NSA's "Rumble in Rome" World Qualifier Tournament. Coach Nelsons 96 Titans prevailed in a hard fought 2-0 victory. Congratulations to both teams for a well played tournament and for representing the Terrell Mill softball program so well. Good luck in your continued success....
